Most of the times when a brand realizes that they need a more emotional approach, they quickly turn to humanizing their brand as probably the easiest way to achieve this goal. I love this campaign by the British furniture brand DFS because it achieves the same goal, but in a very refreshing way.
Using animals to present the different personalities and styles in a very fun and interesting way, DFS manages to draw attention to a usually boring product without having it impose too much on the storytelling. The campaign named “Animal Thingdom” has already gotten many positive reactions for it’s creativity, we can only wait and see if the animals are good furniture sales personas 🙂
